We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician who takes pride in following precise procedures, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient production operation.

Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will support the preparation, manufacturing, inspection, packaging, and documentation of pharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company procedures. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, equipment cleanliness, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate formulation, filling, inspection, and packaging equipment
  • Perform manufacturing activities within a controlled cleanroom environment
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and quality documentation with precision
  • Complete accurate production and quality documentation in accordance with cGMP requirements
  • Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain accountability and traceability of raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and cleanroom work areas
  • Support equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and validation activities
  • Perform material handling and production transactions using computerized systems
  • Identify and report equipment issues, process improvements, safety concerns, and quality opportunities
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies and cleanroom gowning requirements
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional manufacturing experience may be considered
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to accurately follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work with electronic production systems
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
