Lead Forklift Operator

Location:

Jackson Center, OH. Night shift: 5:00 pm – 5:10 am. 12‑hour shifts on a rotating 2‑week cycle (3 days on the first week, 4 days on the second week). You have every other weekend off.

• Operate forklifts safely while transporting raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
• Coordinate forklift operator and material handler work assignments to uphold safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and mentoring for new hires and experienced team members.
• Demonstrate leadership to position yourself for future promotion opportunities.

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of forklift operation and warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency using a computer system for data entry, transaction completion, document retrieval and updates.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Experience providing on‑the‑job training and task guidance.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work or other experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Base rate $21.75+ per hour, plus a night shift differential of $1.50 per hour. Double‑time pay on Sundays (12 hours extra for working each alternate Sunday).
