What You'll DoAs a CNC Operator/Advanced Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a key role in both production and R&D projects by:
- Programming and operating CNC equipment using CAD/CAM software
- Supporting additive manufacturing and fabrication processes within our lab environment
- Interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T requirements
- Performing inspections using CMMs and other quality equipment
- Troubleshooting machining and equipment issues
- Assisting with routine machine maintenance and upkeep
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and meet customer requirements
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, reports, and quality records
- Collaborating with engineers, technicians, and customers on innovative manufacturing solutions
- Following all safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards
- Work with advanced manufacturing technologies, including ultrasonic additive manufacturing
- Participate in both production and research & development projects
- Gain exposure to engineering, machining, quality, and fabrication functions
- Contribute to innovative customer solutions rather than repetitive, high-volume production work

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including conventional machining
- Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Working knowledge of GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Due to the nature of our work, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machining
- Experience with CMM programming and inspection equipment
- Exposure to additive manufacturing technologies
- Experience working in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Primarily assigned to either 1st or 2nd shift
- Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on production needs
