Cultivation Staff - Madison Location
The Cultivation Staff member will assist in all aspects of crop production including, but not limited to, seeding, cutting, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, drying, watering, pest and disease scouting, crop manipulation and training, building and equipment cleaning, and sterilization. This will be out of the Madison, OH location.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 30 pounds. This position requires the ability to withstand higher temperatures 75 – 95 degrees and elevated humidity levels. This position requires working under intense, bright lights with sunglasses provided for eye protection. This position requires the passing of a respirator fit test and the ability to wear a full-face respirator when chemical safety labels require one.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 7:10 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. Occasionally working after hours which may include holidays or weekends.
Travel There may be occasional local day travel.
Required Education and Experience Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm about the Medical Marijuana Industry.
Preferred Education and Experience Two to five years of previous crop production experience. (not necessarily Cannabis)
