3rd shift, 9p–7a Sunday night thru Wednesday night/Thursday am - OT:

Could this be you?
- Do you have 1–3 years in a manufacturing or production setting and enjoy fast‑paced work?
- Can you follow detailed batch instructions and document temperatures, times, speeds, and adjustments accurately?
- Are you comfortable distinguishing color and shade differences and fine‑tuning viscosity, color, or strength?
- Do you operate forklifts or other material handling equipment safely?
- Will you commit to safety, quality, and completing required training—including working overtime if needed?
- Work in a PSM (Process Safety Management) building with solvents and solvent‑borne materials.
- Operate mixing and processing equipment per production instructions; add raw materials in the correct order and amounts.
- Stage, move, and transfer materials using forklifts, pumps, hoses, and strainer systems.
- Monitor batches, perform quality checks, and make directed adjustments to stay within spec.
- Record all key batch data and collaborate with teammates to meet targets.
- Climb ladders and stairs; stand for extended periods; maneuver around production equipment.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting hoses, manipulating valves, operating/adjusting equipment, stacking pallets, and carrying materials.
- Lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
- Manufacturing facility with water‑borne and solvent‑based materials; fast‑paced environment.
- PPE required: FR uniform, safety glasses, gloves, and steel toe footwear.

Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
