Pay tops out at $25.55/ hour (plus shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
- Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
- Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks as required
- Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
- Perform other work as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality
Additional Information:
- Located in New Bremen, OH
- Paid on the job training is provided
- Shifts:
1st shift (5:00am-3:10pm) Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift (2:50pm-1:00am) Monday
- Thursday and 3rd shift (7:00pm-5:10am) Monday night-Friday morning - Promotional opportunities available after 12 months
- Climate controlled working environment
