Entry Level Aerospace Manufacturing

Consolidated Precision Products is hiring Entry Level Aerospace Manufacturing team members to support production of complex castings and precision-machined components for gas turbine and airframe applications. In this role, you will perform basic manufacturing tasks such as part preparation, machine loading, deburring, and visual inspection while following detailed work instructions and safety standards. You'll learn to read blueprints, use precision measurement tools, and support quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic manufacturing equipment for casting and machining processes under supervision.
• Prepare, load, and unload aerospace components from fixtures and machines.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections using gauges and simple measuring tools.
• Follow detailed work instructions, travelers, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5

• Adhere to all safety, PPE, and quality requirements in a regulated aerospace environment.
• Accurately record production data, counts, and inspection results.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to resolve issues and improve processes.
