Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Section Manager to lead a production area in our aerospace manufacturing facility. In this role, you will own daily operations for a section producing complex castings and precision machined components, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. You will supervise and develop team members, drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate scheduling and materials, and partner with engineering and quality on new and existing programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations for a manufacturing section producing aerospace castings and machined components
- Manage staffing, training, and performance to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Implement and sustain lean, 5
- S, and continuous improvement initiatives across the section
- Monitor production metrics, investigate variances, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure compliance with customer, aerospace, and internal quality standards and procedures
- Coordinate maintenance, scheduling, and materials to optimize throughput and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain on new product introductions and process changes
- Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and visual controls for the section
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and problem-solving on the shop floor
- Support audits, customer visits, and cross-plant improvement projects
