Shift & Pay Information

We Are Currently Hiring For Multiple Shifts

  • 1st Shift
  • 2nd Shift – $2.00/hour shift differential
  • Weekend Shift (Friday–Sunday)
  • Starting Pay: $27/hour

What will you do?
  • Assemble electrical contacts and components according to established specifications and procedures.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and functionality standards.
  • Perform basic testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve assembly issues.
  • Operate and support automated assembly equipment and production systems.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and help identify potential issues before they impact production.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities focused on improving efficiency, quality, and reducing waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to follow technical instructions, specifications, and established procedures.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in manufacturing, electrical systems, automation, or technical operations is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
