White Castle is seeking a Production Lead Operator in Evendale, OH, to support the operations team on two shifts: 2nd shift 3pm–1am and 3rd shift 10pm–8am. You will guide production staff, ensure quality control, and optimize equipment like mixers and ovens while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
You will operate packaging and palletizing equipment, assist with training, and utilize ERP/WMS to track finished goods.
