Consolidated Precision Products is seeking a Section Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our advanced aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will supervise a production team, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are consistently met. You will coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain, drive lean and continuous improvement initiatives, and support training and development of team members.
This position offers the opportunity to work with complex castings and precision machining for mission-critical aerospace components in a growing global company.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations for a manufacturing section to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
- Supervise, coach, and schedule production team members in a high-precision aerospace environment
- Monitor KPIs, resolve bottlenecks, and drive OEE and throughput improvements
- Implement and sustain 5
- S, lean, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with aerospace, quality, and safety standards and procedures
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain to support production
- Support training, skills development, and performance reviews for section staff
- Participate in cross-plant projects and support new product or process introductions
