At Cincinnati Gasket & Industrial Manufacturing, we don't just make products - we delivery high quality industrial manufacturing solutions that help our customers stay safe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Heat Shield team.
What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate custom metal frames for industrial applications
- Cut and prepare aluminum, cold rolled steel and stainless steel to spec
- Perform TIG welding (MIG a plus) to produce high-quality assemblies
- Measure and verify finished products to ensure they meet blueprint requirements
- Straighten, prep and support finishing processes (paint/powder coat)
- Assist with assembly, packaging and shipping preparation
What You'll Bring:
- 1-3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
- Strong TIG welding skills (MIG experience a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and work with precision
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with shop equipment
