Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking Welders to fill 2nd, and 3rd shift openings in Clermont County for a manufacturing company in Batavia, OH.

• Perform MIG (GMAW) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding on mild carbon steel and structural steel components
• Weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions while producing quality fillet and butt welds
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Utilize welding equipment and hand tools including grinders, cut-off wheels, and magnetic drills
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy while maintaining production standards
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist in other departments as needed to support production operations
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

• Minimum 1 year of MIG or Flux Core welding experience required
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements (testing required)
• Ability to pass a written welding knowledge test and hands-on weld test
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Effective communication skills and reliable attendance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Welding trade school training preferred but not required

Compensation:
Based on Experience (Benefit Package Available)

2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 2:15pm–10:00pm

3rd Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 10:00pm–6:15am

• Written Welding Knowledge Test
• Hands-On MIG Welding Test
• Demonstration of blueprint reading and tape measure proficiency
