Forklift Operator / Rewinder Operator $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Forklift Operator / Rewinder Operator to fill a 1st shift opening in Clermont County for a growing label manufacturing company.

• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Learn to operate rewinding equipment used in the label manufacturing process
• Load and unload rolls of label material onto production equipment
• Inspect finished labels for quality, accuracy, and proper alignment
• Package and prepare finished products for shipment
• Monitor machine performance and report any production or quality issues
• Maintain accurate production records as required
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine housekeeping duties
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn rewinder operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand and work throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.00/hr (Benefit Package Available)

7am - 3:30pm | Monday–Friday
