NOW HIRING – FABRICATION DEPARTMENT
Location: Pandora, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $18.05/hour to start
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
A Pandora, Ohio area company is seeking dependable, hardworking candidates to join their Fabrication Department
.
Duties Include:
Loading steel sheets onto machinery for cutting
Maneuvering and positioning steel throughout the fabrication process
Monitoring materials to ensure work is completed according to specifications
Assisting with other fabrication and production duties as needed
Maintaining a safe and organized work area
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Willingness to work required overtime
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Mandatory overtime will be required based on production needs and may include Saturdays.
Starting Pay: $18.05/hour
