BLEACH TECH LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at our Ohio manufacturing facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the plant while meeting production, quality, customer, and business objectives.
The Plant Manager will provide leadership across Operations and Maintenance, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, and ensure the facility operates in compliance with all applicable HSSE, OSHA, EPA, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The Plant Manager will provide leadership across Operations and Maintenance, drive operational excellence and continuous improvement, and ensure the facility operates in compliance with all applicable HSSE, OSHA, EPA, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Plant Operations & Performance- Lead and oversee all plant operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, productivity, asset utilization, and overall plant performance.
- Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand while optimizing labor, materials, utilities, and equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including production output, downtime, OEE, yield, quality, cost per unit, safety, and maintenance performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs, improve energy efficiency, minimize waste, and increase operational effectiveness.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company HSSE policies and applicable OSHA, EPA, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead safety initiatives, risk assessments, incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency response readiness.
- Ensure compliance with Management of Change (MOC), HAZOP, process safety requirements, P&IDs, operating procedures, and applicable standards.
- Support regulatory inspections, audits, certifications, and other compliance activities.
- Partner closely with the Maintenance & Reliability team to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and asset care initiatives.
- Support equipment commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement efforts.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring operational, equipment, quality, and safety issues and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
- Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership and operational teams.
- Identify training and development needs and implement initiatives to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
- Build accountability and engagement across the plant.
- Develop succession plans and strengthen the organization's workforce capabilities.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, ownership, and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans.
- Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for cost control and sustainable growth.
- Ensure effective inventory management of raw materials, chemicals, spare parts, packaging, and finished goods.
- Provide accurate and timely operational reporting to senior leadership, including performance trends, risks, resource requirements, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, HSSE, and other business functions to align plant performance with company objectives.
- Oversee contractors and vendors working onsite to ensure safety, quality, cost control, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement programs across multiple functions.
