Mancan in partnership with a Middlefield facility is in need of a 1st shift Production Worker.
Job Title:
Production Worker
Pay:$17.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location:
Middlefield, OH
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling product off the production line, removing scrap material, and operating a glue machine to prepare product for final inspection. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull finished product off the production line quickly and accurately
- Remove and dispose of scrap materials in a safe and efficient manner
- Operate glue machine and ensure correct application to product
- Inspect products for alignment and quality; identify and report any defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company procedures
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Competitive pay at $17.50/hour
