Spherion is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join a leading food manufacturer in Delphos, OH! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production line. Multiple departments available including palletizing finished goods, packaging products, and performing critical sanitation duties to maintain a high standard of cleanliness within the facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work with competitive pay.

$17.00 per hour

• Monday through Friday
• 12hr shifts both day and night available

• Operate palletizing equipment to stack finished products according to specifications.
• Perform various packaging tasks, including inspecting, labeling, and boxing products.
• Ensure accurate product counts and proper packaging for shipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Monitor equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Various Shifts Available

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience with pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Reliable transportation to and from Delphos, OH.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness and ability to execute detailed sanitation procedures in a food manufacturing environment.
