Industrial Control Panel Wireman / Technician

• 1st shift

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for electrical systems? We’re looking for a skilled Control Panel Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll take pride in building, wiring, and testing high-quality control panels that power a variety of industrial applications. If you enjoy working with your hands, troubleshooting challenges, and being part of a collaborative team, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings
• Assemble and wire control panels with precision and attention to detail
• Install components such as relays, switches, and circuit breakers
• Test completed panels to ensure quality and functionality
• Work closely with engineers and fellow technicians to solve problems and improve processes
• Keep clear, accurate documentation of your work

What You Bring:

• Experience with control panel assembly, wiring, or related electrical work (preferred, but we’ll train the right person!)
• Solid understanding of electrical wiring principles and safe practices
• Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and basic fabrication
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to doing the job right

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
