1st Shift General Labor

We are currently seeking a dependable candidate with basic hand and power tool knowledge for a client in East Palestine, OH. This is an on-site position supporting a local company dedicated to quality craftsmanship. The role involves working in a collaborative environment, helping to build and package products efficiently and safely. Join a team that values hard work and reliability.

Hours

Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay

$14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Build wooden crates and packaging materials for outgoing shipments
Operate various machines and hand tools throughout the shop
Follow basic work instructions and product specifications
Assist with general labor tasks as needed in the production area
Ensure products are packed and handled according to quality standards

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and follow basic written specifications and instructions
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of quality control and safety procedures

Nice to Have Skills

Previous general labor or manufacturing experience
Experience operating shop machinery

Other Requirements

On-site work only
Physical capability to lift and handle materials
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
