2nd Shift General Labor

Hours:

2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
5/6 days a week, may include weekends

Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the manufacturing of plastic products
Install components into molded items
Stack and organize finished products
Label and inspect products for quality control
Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements:

Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail
Open/flexible availability due to the 24/7 production schedule
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Nice to Have

Skills:

Prior experience in manufacturing or plastics (not required)

Preferred

Education and Experience:

No formal experience required, but any background in manufacturing is a plus

Other Requirements:

This role is on-site at the Columbiana, OH location
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
