Coater Operator

Location: Munroe Falls

Only Work 3 Nights a Week... and Get Paid for 40 Hours!

Mancan Staffing is assisting a leading adhesive manufacturing company in Kent that is hiring a Coater Operator for their weekend 3rd shift team.

Schedule:

Friday-Sunday
6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Overtime available as needed
Pay:
$18/hr plus 20% shift differential
Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

Job Duties:

• Set up, operate, and monitor coating equipment

• Apply adhesive materials to products with accuracy

• Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met

• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

• Follow all safety and operating procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred

• Printing experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Attention to detail and a solid work ethic
