Role Summary

Core Duties

Configure and run CNC milling equipment to manufacture components that meet exact design requirements.
Analyze technical schematics and blueprints to guide production tasks.
Oversee machine performance, performing necessary tweaks to ensure output consistency.
Perform regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established protocols.
Work alongside colleagues to boost operational workflows and overall productivity.
Keep precise logs of all manufacturing activities and production metrics.

Required Background

Completion of secondary education; a specialized machining certificate or degree is a plus.
Demonstrated history of success in a CNC machining position.
Skilled at deciphering complex technical diagrams and blueprints.
Deep knowledge of CNC machine operations and programming logic.
Capable of performing tasks solo or contributing effectively within a group setting.
Strong focus on precision and the ability to resolve complex problems.
Solid grasp of quality assurance benchmarks and workplace safety standards.
