• Planning, implementation, and monitoring of marketing and communication activities
• Development of advertising, PR, and communication concepts for various channels (online & offline)
• Management and maintenance of social media channels, websites, and newsletters
• Coordination of external service providers (agencies, printing companies, media partners)
• Organization of marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns
• Preparation of presentations, reports, and market analyses
• Budget planning and cost control for marketing activities
• Support in brand management and implementation of corporate design

• Completed vocational training as a Marketing Communications Specialist or a comparable commercial qualification
• At least three years of professional experience in marketing or corporate communications
• Confident user of MS Office; knowledge of marketing tools and CMS is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of online marketing, social media, and content creation
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a structured approach to work
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and a high level of initiative
• Creative flair for language, design, and target audiences
