Location: Westerville
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Partner with Sales to build targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns across email, paid media, content marketing, and events.
- Manage and optimize the corporate gifting website to increase traffic, conversion, and user experience.
- Build and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned to key corporate gifting moments (holidays, client/employee appreciation, retention initiatives).
- Identify new B2B audience segments and verticals with high gifting potential.
- Own the strategy and execution of demand-gen and retention campaigns—from thought leadership and storytelling to promotional offers and lifecycle journeys.
- Create messaging and creative briefs that highlight the emotional and business impact of gifting.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to deliver assets that reflect our premium brand standards.
