The RoleAs our VP Marketing, you will lead and elevate a 40‑person global marketing organization with a strong focus on demand generation, marketing operations, and analytics. Reporting directly to the C‑level, you will be responsible for positioning Lucanet globally and driving measurable, ARR‑centric marketing performance across Europe and Asia.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Excellence, and our VPs. This role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in high‑growth SaaS environments, navigates complexity across multiple markets, and brings a clear and confident communication style to both executive and cross‑functional audiences.
What you'll do- Lead our global marketing function with a clear demand generation and ARR mindset, ensuring measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition across Europe and Asia.
- Drive creativity for special campaigns that break through in target markets and differentiate Lucanet's positioning.
- Strengthen alignment with Sales, including shared KPIs, transparent forecasting, and integrated GTM processes.
- Guide and empower a high‑performing marketing leadership team across brand, demand gen, field marketing, and operations.
- Drive strong communication within the team and upward to the board, ensuring clarity, alignment, and visibility into performance and priorities.
- Oversee paid media performance, ABM initiatives, and analytics‑driven marketing tactics to optimize ROI across channels.
- Build and activate community programs that engage prospects, customers, and industry stakeholders to strengthen brand affinity and drive growth.
- Ensure consistent product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Represent Marketing as a strategic partner across the business, shaping our go‑to‑market strategy and brand direction during a period of sales growth and international expansion.
- Ensure seamless regional execution through both centralized and in‑market teams.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and clear ROI.
- Champion international scalability and operational excellence across tools, processes, and analytics.
- Exceptional people leader with experience mentoring and developing senior managers/directors; fosters a culture of trust and enablement (not control), builds resilient teams that proactively drive strategy, make decisions, and scale with minimal supervision.
- Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in high‑ticket (≈30K ACV+) software.
- Experience with optimization of demand generation and operations, ensuring scalable processes and measurable performance improvements.
- Strong track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and performance‑driven marketing with deep analytical capabilities.
- Creative strategist with experience developing differentiated campaigns that drive market impact.
- Hands‑on familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, attribution models, and marketing analytics.
- Experience leading international marketing organizations operating across multiple markets.
- Strong communicator who can operate confidently at executive and board level.
