We are seeking an experienced and strategic‑minded individual to join our team as the Digital Pathology Marketing Manager
. This role will be responsible for execution of the digital pathology, portfolio marketing campaigns leading to accelerated demand generation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional marketing skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of leading global marketing teams across different geographies as well as operating in a matrix organization.
- Lead NPI Process: Oversee the content and execution of the NPI process from Marketing perspective with stakeholders (PMM, AE, regional sales) to ensure timely and high‑quality NPIs.
- Drive Global Campaigns: Define, build, launch, and manage global campaigns in collaboration with all stakeholders, from execution to results. Develop and implement campaign activities to achieve lead targets for both online and offline channels across regions.
- Optimize Budget and Resources: Allocate budget and resources strategically to meet NPI and product campaign objectives.
- Enhance Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with global social media teams to increase touchpoints and customer engagement, ensuring a cohesive and impactful social media presence.
- Coordinate Global Content Strategy: Lead and coordinate the global content strategy with Creative and other stakeholders for the product line and its markets. This includes creating and managing blog posts, photography/video, testimonials, application notes, brochures, and web content for global campaigns.
- Support Regional Marketing Initiatives: Assist regional teams with their specific marketing requests and needs, ensuring alignment with global strategies.
- Manage Global Content: Oversee and manage global content, including uploading and revising content on Highspot, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate on Event Strategy: Work with the global event leader to develop and execute event strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and Report Campaign Performance: Track and report on campaign performance, collaborating with regional and digital teams to optimize results.
- Develop Product Launch Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive product launch strategies to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
- Market Analysis and Positioning: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and develop positioning strategies that differentiate products in the market.
- Educational Background: University degree in natural sciences, medicine, business administration, or a related field.
