Marsh Berry is seeking an energetic marketer who understands that integrated marketing starts with understanding your audience and leveraging data to formulate a plan. Responsibilities
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segment audiences to generate leads, acquire new clients for all lines of business, and promote prospecting events.
  • Develop campaign strategies that combine paid, owned, and earned channels to drive measurable business impact.
  • Own content deployment calendars and ensure outreach across key market segments is well-timed and audiences are not over-reached.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for each campaign and line of business.
  • Use insights and performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and conversion.
  • Collaborate with SVP on digital and non-digital channel performance as it relates to campaign objectives (e.g., paid media, website, email, SEO).
  • Drive test-and-learn approaches within campaigns to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure channels are orchestrated cohesively to deliver consistent messaging and customer experiences.
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy for marketing campaigns and prospecting events, ensuring accuracy and readability.
  • Manage the overall campaign calendar, execution, delivery, measurement, and analytics to ensure campaigns achieve anticipated results.
  • Serve as main client liaison with regular status meetings and weekly reports on projects, metrics and updates as needed.
  • Review processes to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with potential internal/external clients, partners and stakeholders that can lead to revenue generation for Marsh Berry services.
  • Other special projects, tasks, or duties as assigned.
Selection Criteria

Education & Experience
:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, Digital Marketing or related fields.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in digital, campaign, or growth marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience owning marketing outcomes for specific lines of business, products, or segments.
  • Strong background in integrated campaign planning and execution.
  • Proven ability to partner with business and sales leaders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot (or similar campaign tools) with data segmentation, measurement and optimization experience, using the tools to build and deliver campaigns.
  • Excellent written and communication skills; ability to frequently write copy for marketing promotions.
  • Excellent project management skills; confident in managing up and coordinating teams with a good understanding of project management tools and concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing campaign process and best practices.
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
