We're hiring a Social Selling Specialist – Investor Outreach
!
You're good at starting conversations online. You know how to join a Linked In or Facebook group, find something worth talking about, and turn a genuine exchange into a real relationship. That's exactly what we need.
Why so flexible? We're a startup in stealth mode building our investor relations team. We're looking for people who can prove they can do the work — not just talk about it.
About UsWe're a credible,
funded
, remote-first startup led by a serial technical founder. The product is live in private alpha.
We can't share much about what we're building yet — we're in stealth mode. What we can tell you: we have real traction, real investors, and a real opportunity for the right people.

Real conversations. Real relationships. Real results.
You’ll join Linked In and Facebook groups where successful professionals and potential investors spend their time — entrepreneur groups, executive communities, professional networks, investment discussion forums. You’ll engage genuinely: find something to talk about, add value, build rapport. Through those conversations, you’ll identify people who might be interested in learning about an investment opportunity in a funded tech startup.
This is relationship-building on social platforms. Quality over quantity. One great conversation beats a hundred copy-paste DMs.
Prove it first, then we talk.
, CRM access, ongoing support
A qualified lead = a warm investor who's ready to have a conversation about investing in a funded tech startup. You figure out how to find them. That's the test.
Compensation$10 per qualified lead. You deliver a warm investor lead ready to have a conversation, you get paid $10. No salary, no hourly, no employment relationship. This is 1099 contractor work — you get paid for results.
Do the math: 3 qualified leads a day = $30/day. 15 a week = $150/week. Scale up from there. The ceiling is how many quality conversations you can generate.
Once you're in, you get CRM access and support.
What Success Looks Like in 2 Weeks- You’ve found and engaged potential investors on Linked In and/or Facebook
- You’ve had genuine, one-on-one conversations
- You’ve delivered 2 qualified leads (accredited investors ready to talk about investing)
- You’ve done it through real engagement, not mass outreach
- Join Linked In and Facebook groups where accredited investors and successful professionals congregate — entrepreneur groups, executive networks, investment forums, professional communities
- Engage authentically — find something to talk about, add value, build rapport
- Through conversation, identify people interested in learning about an investment opportunity
- Transition interested contacts to our qualification process
- Track your activity and results in our CRM (Go High Level )
- Ask for referrals in every conversation — expand the network
- Spam, blast, or mass-message — one bad actor can burn a community for everyone. This is about genuine 1:1 engagement.
- Use automation that violates platform terms — stay alive on the platforms.
- Pitch or sell the investment — you generate interest, our closers handle the rest.
- Work without accountability — we track results, not hours.
- Experience with social selling, community engagement, or relationship-based outreach on Linked In and/or Facebook
- Genuine conversationalist — you can build rapport, not just pitch
- Platform fluency — you know how Linked In and Facebook groups work and how to engage without getting flagged
- Patient and persistent — this is a long game, not a quick hit
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone watching over your shoulder
- Comfortable engaging with high-net-worth individuals — executives, doctors, lawyers, successful professionals
- Hungry — you want to prove yourself and earn your spot
Most social outreach roles want you to figure out automation and scale. We want you to have real conversations that create real relationships. Humans over bots. Quality over quantity.
If you can do that and produce results, this is the role for you.
