Social Media Intern; m​/w​/d

As the Social Media Intern (m/f/d), you will support the planning, creation, and coordination of engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and Facebook. You will help monitor channels, track performance, research trends, and contribute to creative campaigns while ensuring consistent brand messaging. Working closely with Marketing and Communications teams, you will also support content calendars, reporting, partner communication, and project coordination.

• Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Facebook).
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Support the development of social media strategies and content calendars.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers).
• Assist with brainstorming and executing creative campaigns and promotions.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on campaigns and projects.
• Support administrative tasks such as reporting, documentation, and content organization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience or strong familiarity with event management, including guest logistics, hospitality, and guest journey coordination.
• Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with additional comfort using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and social media platforms.
• Highly organized, with the ability to coordinate projects, manage priorities, and follow through on details.
• Strong communicator, confident in partner communication and cross-functional coordination.
• Proactive problem solver who is curious, coachable, and reliable under pressure.
• Hands-on experience supporting basic campaign execution, social media posting, and content scheduling.
• Comfortable reviewing social media analytics and using insights to support campaign and engagement activities.
