You will consistently develop the FRERK brand and place it in an image-effective and target group-focused manner for lead generation and employee acquisition

• Creation of strategic marketing plans & budgets
• Conception and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns
• Expansion and management of social media channels incl. KPI reporting
• Creation of company and product brochures
• Briefing and coordination of image and advertising films as well as photo shoots
• Writing press releases and holding press events
• Design of advertising media, on a case-by-case basis with external agencies
• Close cooperation with other departments as well as the marketing department of the parent company DEUTZ AG

• You have completed an apprenticeship or studies in the field of marketing, media design, communication design, social media management, public relations
• You are professionally experienced in external communication and content management, preferably in a marketing agency or the marketing department of a company
• Experience in working with common software (e.g. Adobe programs) and media tools
• Good communication in German and English and a friendly appearance
• Your hands‑on mentality helps you with operational implementation
• Your way of working is solution‑oriented and independent
• You are creative, reliable, well organized, resilient and motivated
