Als Marketing Manager bei prodigy entwickelst du die Marken- und Kommunikationsstrategie für ein wachsendes HR-Tech-Unternehmen weiter. Du verantwortest Content-Produktion, Performance-Kampagnen und unsere Linked In-Präsenz.
DeineAufgaben :
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung & Umsetzung der Marketing-Strategie
- Konzeption & Steuerung von Content-Kampagnen (Linked In, Instagram, Karriereseite)
- Performance-Marketing auf Meta, Linked In, Google Ads
- Steuerung externer Foto- und Video-Produktionen
- Reporting auf KPIs (Reichweite, Engagement, Lead-Quality, Cost-per-Lead)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschaeftsfuehrung und Sales-Team
- 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing (B2B oder Agentur)
- Hands-on-Mentalität & Spaß an eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
- Erfahrung mit Linked In-Marketing & Performance-Kampagnen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gutes Englisch
- Sicheres Auge für Brand-Konsistenz und Storytelling
