Ihre Aufgaben:- Selbstständiges Abwickeln von Büro- und Sekretariatstätigkeiten
- Telefonzentrale, Post- und E-Mail Bearbeitung
- Empfang und Betreuung unserer Besucher
- Vorbereitende Buchhaltung mit DATEV
- Unterstützung bei Marketing-Maßnahmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Affinität zur Anwendung verschiedener EDV-Programme
