- Conceive creative, platform-native content ideas and social-first campaigns.
- Analyze target audiences, trends and performance data to derive strategic recommendations.
- Craft creative briefings and storytelling concepts.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, performance and account management teams.
- Present strategies and ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Completed degree or comparable training in Marketing, Communications, Media, Social Media or Digital Media.
- Experience in social media, creative strategy, content marketing or a comparable role.
- Solid understanding of relevant social media platforms and current trends.
- Ability to connect creative ideas with strategic goals and business KPIs.
- Strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills.
- Confident presence and experience presenting concepts.
- Structured, self-driven way of working and a strong team spirit.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
