At Horizon Specialized Marketing we have developed many successful marketing campaigns that reach customers where it matters most. We work hand in hand with some of the biggest retailers in the world to offer a unique shopping experience that can educate customers and provide them with the right information to make a good decision for them or their family. These campaigns happen in-store and can dramatically increase sales for our clients' products or services.

We provide aggressive marketing and sales campaigns for national accounts in the Lima/Findlay, OH area.

We offer a full training program that includes:

• Entry‑level Marketing and Sales
• Administration
• Junior Managers, Account Consultants
• Advertising and PR Consultants
• Customer Service Marketing Representatives

We do not do cold‑calling, telemarketing, B2B, or door‑to‑door. We build direct and long‑lasting relationships with customers through in-store marketing.

We are looking for energetic, ambitious people comfortable speaking face‑to‑face. We believe in paid, full training with all tools provided. Earn while you learn.

• Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
• Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Manage the needs of external customers
• Develop leadership and interpersonal skills
• Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns
• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
• Strategize, execute, and manage the Brand Ambassador teams
• Communicate with customers
• Assist marketing and advertising teams with specific client projects

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Currently enrolled college student, or graduate with a degree in related fields
• Experience in marketing, sales, retail, customer service, advertising, or business management
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Competitive spirit and winning mentality
• Responsible and team‑oriented
• Professionalism and integrity
• Ability to manage different product lines within the home entertainment field
• Proactive, willing to learn, and self‑developing
