Mission OfThe Role
The Marketing Trainee will support the Marketing/Product Management area of Almirall Portugal, actively collaborating in the implementation of strategic and tactical plans for the brands, contributing to the development of promotional materials, market analysis, and transversal support to team projects.
Main Responsibilities- Support to Product Manager in the implementation of Brand Plans and local tactical initiatives
- Collaboration in the development and adaptation of promotional materials (digital and physical), in alignment with global guidelines
- Support in market analysis, competition, and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and marketing support documentation
- Support in the organization of meetings, scientific events, and promotional actions
- Interaction with internal teams (Sales, Medical, Access, Regulatory, Compliance)
- Administrative and logistical support to ongoing marketing projects
Academic Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Health Sciences
- or similar fields
Professional Experience
- Not mandatory
Technical and Behavioral Competencies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and other digital tools (e.g., AI)
- Interest in the pharmaceutical sector and strategic marketing
- Analytical skills and ease in handling complex information
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
- Rapid learning and proactivity
- Dynamic, versatile, and hands-on profile
- Organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and teamwork
- Portuguese – native
- English – advanced level
- Spanish – valued
