Communications Project Manager

The company is currently looking to add a Communications Project Manager to their team, who will help implement various internal and external communication projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the company’s internal and external communication activities;
• Prepare communication content – presentations, informational materials, and publications;
• Coordinate communication campaigns, projects, and events;
• Manage digital communication channels and ensure content relevance;
• Build relationships with media, partners, and other stakeholders;
• Organize employee engagement and internal communication activities;
• Participate in employer branding and company reputation enhancement initiatives;
• Monitor the public communication environment and analyze the results of communication activities;
• Provide support on communication issues in daily and non-standard situations.

Company Expectations:

• Higher education in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field;
• At least several years of experience in the communications field, preferably in a large company;
• Experience in coordinating projects, campaigns, or events;
• Good content creation and presentation skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, a creative and proactive approach to work;
• Ability to independently organize work and set priorities;
• Good knowledge of Latvian and English languages;
• Interest in communication trends and digital channels.
