Your Profile

• Professional experience in marketing coordination
  , planning, and the implementation and management of events and trade shows
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and amid changing priorities and conditions
• Creative and innovative approach with attention to detail
• Flexibility in dealing with last‑minute changes
• Enjoyment of collaborating with other teams
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 40%)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English

• Planning and executing all types of events (including trade shows, symposia, customer events, etc.)
• Working closely with trade show organizers
• Booking exhibition space and booth services (catering, hostesses, electricity, etc.)
• Coordinating booth construction and budget planning
  , including measuring event effectiveness through key performance indicator management and other evaluation criteria
• Coordinating staffing needs
  : hotel reservations, s, access, etc.
• Project planning
  , including online and on-site team meetings
• Coordinating and conducting customer and employee surveys
• Supporting business units with product marketing, training, and internal communication
• Working closely and communicating with Glenair’s international events, sales, and marketing teams
