Job Description

In this role, you'll drive brand strategy, lead innovative marketing campaigns, manage exciting product launches, and identify new growth opportunities through consumer and market insights. Key Responsibilities- Support the further development of the brand strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager
- Independently implement and manage marketing projects within defined strategic guidelines
- Identify and prioritize growth drivers based on in-depth market, competitor, and consumer analyses
- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on digital channels, including coordination of media agencies
- Ensure a consistent and brand-compliant presence across all communication channels
- Drive the development of the digital brand presence and content strategy along the customer journey
- Plan, implement, and evaluate new product launches and relaunches in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, taking into account the Stage‑Gate process
- Manage product and portfolio maintenance in collaboration with R&D, Legal, Procurement, and Production, aligned with Sales
- Track and monitor performance as well as key business KPIs of the assigned product category
- Completed degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Approximately 4–6 years of experience in brand management, ideally in the FMCG / food industry
- Proven experience in implementing brand strategies and developing marketing campaigns
- Confident handling of common media KPIs (e.g., reach, CPC, CPM, ROI) and the ability to manage and optimize campaigns in a performance-driven way
- Strong analytical background (e.g., Nielsen, GfK, and ideally digital analytics tools)
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and solid numerical understanding
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in German and English
