Marketing Commercial Coordinator

As a Marketing Commercial Coordinator, you will be responsible for the success of our brands in the region. You will help develop marketing strategies that achieve brand growth, aligning these strategies with sales objectives and ensuring their implementation. You will report to the Manager of Commercial Marketing.

• Collaborate in the execution of marketing strategies that achieve brand growth in the region.
• Work with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring execution.
• Maintain relationships with our portfolio of clients, ensuring their support and commitment to our brands.
• Help manage advertising investments in designated locations, ensuring a return on investment aligned with marketing objectives.
• Help manage the portfolio of products and services, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Develop strategies to increase the market share of our brands, analyzing trends, competition, and market needs.
• Ensure the coordination of marketing materials among regional stores.
• Supervise the use of the advertising fund, ensuring efficient and aligned use with objectives.
• Encourage and motivate the regional marketing team to achieve established objectives.
• Work with other departments, such as sales, product, and finance, to ensure an integrated and aligned strategy.
• Track monthly market share, sales, profitability, brand recognition, perception, and return on investment in advertising campaigns.
• Analyze sales, market, and consumer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver reports on the performance of the marketing strategy and return on investment to management and other relevant departments.

• 3 years of experience in marketing and brand strategy.
• Experience in creating and developing marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and market research.
• Competence in analyzing market data to make informed decisions.
• Willingness to travel to support regional projects.
• High negotiation skills.
• Budget management and control.
• Experience in retail.
• Knowledge of on and off media, OOH.
• Intermediate English.
