VP Marketing DACH – Summary
We are seeking a dynamic VP Marketing DACH to act as the strategic marketing leader for the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland cluster. This high‑impact executive role sits on our Global Marketing Leadership team and is responsible for transforming, aligning, and scaling B2B, B2C, and e‑commerce marketing strategies to drive regional business growth.

Full availability during standard Central European Time (CET) business hours.
What This Is: A high‑level strategic transformation and performance‑marketing leadership role that bridges the CMO strategy with complex technical data infrastructure, directing structural shifts like migrating localized workloads to our Global Capability Center (GCC).
What It Is Not: A local, execution‑focused brand management or localized content creation role. It is an enterprise‑scale commercial role aimed at lower‑funnel conversion ecosystem optimization, regional governance, and structural team integration.
Responsibilities- Lead Strategic Transformation:
Implement the Global Marketing Target Operating Model (TOM) to drive organizational agility and streamline regional workflows across DACH. - Optimize E‑Commerce & B2B Ecosystems:
Architect data‑driven, high‑level conversion strategies to optimize customer journeys and drive localized lead generation. - Empower a Cross‑Border Team:
Unify and scale a high‑performing regional team, guiding their transition toward centralized functions and high‑scalability workflows. - Champion Financial Health:
Manage and optimize the regional DACH marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI by shifting investments to high‑impact drivers.
- Regional Conversion Rates & Lead Generation:
Direct accountability for lower‑funnel conversion performance, digital lead generation, and overall website traffic. - Multi‑Business Portfolio:
Ownership over performance and positioning of the PTS and OTS businesses, alongside Randstad Enterprise. - Tech Stack Optimization:
Leverage DMP/TP insights and integrate AI agents to build highly automated and effective marketing workflows.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership with a strong background in leading complex B2B, B2B2C, and e‑commerce transformations.
- Leadership Track Record:
Proven success leading, restructuring, and expanding multi‑country marketing teams within a global matrixed environment (DACH cluster experience is highly preferred). - Languages:
Fluency in German and English (French or Italian is a major asset for Swiss market alignment). - Technical & Analytical Prowess:
Solid experience with DMP/TP platforms, AI‑driven automation, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
