Location: Head Office, Karachi
Qualification: MBA in Marketing or equivalent
Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role, preferably FMCG
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive market share and brand equity.
- Plan and manage 360‑degree marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and trade activations.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
- Manage brand budgets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Trade, and Supply Chain.
- Drive innovation and new product development from insight generation to successful commercial launch.
- Oversee digital and e‑commerce strategy to optimize online presence and performance marketing.
- Work with flagship brands such as Butterfly®, Daisy®, and Trust.
