Community Relations Coordinator

Part Time

1st Shift, Occasional evening and weekends

Fairlawn Retirement Community is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Donor Relations Coordinator to support donor stewardship, database management, event coordination, church connections, marketing initiatives, and administrative functions.

Working closely with the Director of Donor Relations & Church Connections, this position helps strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, churches, and community partners while advancing Fairlawn's mission.

• Associate's degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree;
• One to Three years of experience in administration, customer service, fundraising, event planning, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with all personnel, residents, families and the community;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently;
• Represent Fairlawn with understanding the organizational goals and needs of the future in a professional manner;
