** St. Hilary Parish**### Position Summary St. Hilary Parish is seeking a
** Part-Time Communications Coordinator
** to help share the mission, ministries, events, and life of the parish community. The Communications Coordinator will manage and coordinate communications across a variety of platforms, ensuring parishioners and the greater community remain informed and engaged.### Essential Responsibilities
* Manage and update the St. Hilary Parish website through Word Press.
* Manage parish live streaming.
* Create and distribute parish email communications through Constant Contact.
* Manage and create content for social media platforms and digital signs.
* Design and produce the parish’s quarterly newsletter.
* Create promotional materials and other communication pieces as needed.
* Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity across parish communications.
* Coordinate multiple communications projects and deadlines to ensure timely completion.### Qualifications The ideal candidate will be:
* Creative and detail-oriented.
* Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Proficient in the following programs and platforms: + Word Press + Canva + Microsoft Word + Adobe InDesign + Adobe Photoshop + Constant Contact
* Previous experience in communications, marketing, graphic design, social media management, or a related field is preferred.###
Position Requirements
* Strong written and visual communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
