Operations & Marketing Associate (m/f/d)
This role offers broad responsibility across marketing, e-commerce, operations, and logistics, with ownership of key business processes within the home, lifestyle, and interiors sectors.
Employment type:
Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners
- Support project planning and business operations
- Conduct market, product, and competitor research
- Maintain organised documentation and internal processes
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain and update Shopify stores
- Create and optimise product pages
- Upload products, collections, and website content
- Support merchandising and website improvements
- Plan, create, and publish social media content
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and email newsletters
- Assist with Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, operations, or a similar role
- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
- Native or near-native German
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
- Confident using digital tools and business software
- Based within commuting distance of Schöllkrippen
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform
Basic SEO knowledge - Photography or content creation experience
