• Conduct comprehensive market, consumer, and competitive analyses, translating insights and emerging trends into strategic recommendations (internal and external requests).

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, technical, regulatory, and portfolio to develop flavor-related new product concepts with strong value proposition that align with customers' brand positioning, product portfolios, and evolving market demands.

• Monitor market dynamics and product launches to identify emerging trends, uncover growth opportunities, and support proactive business development initiatives.

• Perform marketing administrative duties such as marketing asset maintenance and other ad hoc assignments as needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG, flavor, food ingredients, or other consumer goods industries.

• Strong understanding of marketing and commercial trends within the Food & Beverage and Flavor industries, with the ability to translate market insights into commercially relevant opportunities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) and/or AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects with cross-functional team.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
