Job Responsibilities:

Support the Marketing team in creating, coordinating and delivering communications that keep employees informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate communications, content creation and employee engagement.

• Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications including emails, newsletters, announcements and intranet content
• Create and edit written content for employee communication channels
• Help maintain and update the company Intranet site
• Support the rollout of a global Intranet site
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and develop communication materials
• Track communication metrics and prepare reports to measure engagement and effectiveness
• Ensure consistency of company branding, messaging and communication standards
• Support special projects and other marketing activities as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
• Strong writing, research and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Own means of reliable transportation
