Support the execution of marketing initiatives across the organization by assisting with coordination, organization, and delivery of marketing materials and activities. This role focuses on tactical support and execution under the direction of senior marketing team members.

The Marketing Coordinator helps ensure marketing projects stay organized, on schedule, and consistent with brand standards

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams across the organization
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks when required:

• Assist with the development, updating, and distribution of marketing collateral and sales support materials
• Support trade show preparation, including coordination of materials, shipping, and on-site needs
• Help maintain accurate product information, part data, and marketing asset libraries
• Assist with social media scheduling and basic content posting
• Support case study development through coordination of photo and video assets
• Help track marketing initiatives, timelines, and deliverables
• Assist with organization and inventory of promotional items and marketing materials
• Support website content updates and basic content maintenance
• Provide general administrative and project support to the marketing team
• Perform other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by Management
