Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich People & Organization
- Unterstützung und Begleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Mitwirkung im Rahmen des Recruitings/ Bewerbermanagements
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Reporting- und Präsentationsunterlagen
- Unterstützung und eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Personalprojekten
- Eventorganisation und Begleitung von Kulturinitiativen
- Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung interner Abläufe
Anforderungen:
- Immatrikulierte/r Student/in (m/w/d) der BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Personal sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht vorteilhaft
- Strukturierte, selbstorganisierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
