Aufgaben gehören die Entwicklung von Fundraising-Initiativen, die Pflege von Beziehungen zu Spendern und das Schreiben von Förderanträgen. Der ideale Kandidat hat Erfahrung im Fundraising und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und gelegentliche Dienstreisen nach Peru sind möglich.
